Refund & cancellation policy

Thank you for supporting Rebuild Gaza Farm. This page explains when we refund a donation and how to stop a monthly donation. Rostrly, Inc. receives all donations made on this site.

One-time donations

Donations are final once they are made, because we put the money to work at the hatchery quickly. We will refund a donation in full if you contact us within 30 days and any of these apply:

• You were charged more than once for the same donation.
• You entered the wrong amount by mistake.
• The payment was made without the cardholder's permission.

For any other situation, write to us and we will review your request in good faith.

Monthly donations

• You can cancel a monthly donation at any time, for any reason.
• To cancel, email info@rebuildgazafarm.help from the address you used to donate. We will confirm by email.
• Cancellation stops all future payments. Please write at least 2 days before your next payment date so we can stop it in time.
• Monthly payments already made are refunded under the same conditions as one-time donations above.

How to request a refund

Email info@rebuildgazafarm.help with:

• the name and email used for the donation,
• the date and amount,
• the reason for the request.

We reply within 5 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Card disputes

If something looks wrong on your statement, please contact us first. We can usually fix it faster than a bank dispute.
